SCREEN PRINTING and MIXED MEDIA File Requirements
Digital files accepted .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .jpg, .png
All art must have fonts in outlines and supplied with pms colors. If pms colors are not available we will match the digital file as close as possible.All bitmap images including .psd, .jpg, .png, and .tif need to be at imprint size and at least 300 dpi for best printing. Please leave in layers if possible. We will advise from receipt if art charges will apply.
If your art does not meet any of this criteria you could be subject to an art charge of $20 per half-hour to make it print ready.
EMBROIDERY File Requirements
Digital files accepted .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd. .jpg. .png All art must have fonts in outlines and supplied with pms colors. If pms colors are not available we will match the digital file as close as possible. PLEASE NOTE: In general, fonts and tiny details are subject to edits to make them embroidery friendly. If we need to alter your art in any matter to make it sew cleanly you will receive a virtual proof before we start the digitizing process.Please contact us for special projects, or specific questions regarding the information above.
PRODUCTION TIME
Our normal production is 10 business days. All standard production orders will be dated 10 business days from receipt of an order. If order is received after 2 pm, the count starts the following business day.
To ensure scheduled ship dates stay on track please make sure artwork is submitted AT THE SAME TIME as the purchase order or no later than the next day. We cannot schedule and order without artwork. The placement of a PO without artwork the same day or no later than the next day is considered an incomplete order and it will not be scheduled.
PRE-PROS
If a pre-pro is needed, please overnight 4-6 pieces for proofing if the goods for the entire order are not expected to arrive the next day. Pre-production proofs are $50.00 net for screen printing and $25.00 net for embroidery with an in-house order. 5 days will be added to production time.
RUSH ORDERS
Space in production during high volume times is sometimes limited. Rush orders require approvals as well as up charges. Please contact jim@nesnink.com or mike@nesnink.com for rush approvals as well as additional charges that apply.
ORDER STATUS
Please email orders@nesnink.com for order status. Please check to make sure art approvals have been sent and goods have arrived from the supplier prior to contacting us for status. Status questions will be answered within 1-2 day. Customer Service hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday. If you have an urgent matter, contact your sales rep.
SPEC SAMPLES
Spec samples are $50.00 net for embroidery and $100.00 net for screen printing plus all set up costs involved. These set up prices will vary depending on the scope of the art and project. Please see your sales rep for timing and garments that are required to be provided.
